We are a boutique investment management firm focused on producing unique investment strategies in a retail format for the benefit of individual investors.  Founded in 2004 by two like-minded investors, Spark has been offering Institutional-style asset management services using Exchange Traded Funds since its beginning.

Our Investment Philosophy is to actively manage portfolios by combining multiple investment strategies with noncorrelated return streams. This tactical management will create an adaptive allocation resulting in a portfolio that can adapt to changing market conditions.
